Tribulus terrestris is a small leafy plant also known as puncture vine, Gokshura, caltrop and goat’s head.
It grows wild in many places, including parts of Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
The plant has been used for 1000s of years in chinese medicine and Ayurveda, for helping with low libido in men and women, fertility and supporting athletic performance.
Whats the dose?
Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, or as advised by your doctor.
