bioavailability by 20 times, making it 950 times stronger than simply taking Turmeric powder its self. This is why you will only need 1 or 2 capsules per day.

Turmeric is tolerated well by most people, so long as you don't take more than the maximum dose.
Adverse reactions could include stomach upset, nausea, dizziness, constipation, or diarrhea.
If you do have any side effects, stop taking the product or lower your dosage.
Is there any drug interactions?
Turmeric amplify or lower the effects of other drugs, including Blood thinners,
diabetes drugs, Drugs that reduce stomach acid, and Anti-inflammatories. If you are taking other drugs or supplements check with
your doctor first. Turmeric may also reduce iron metabolism, and should not be taken by people with iron deficiency.
