- All products are dietary supplements.

Pricing
- Prices are in NZD by default. You can change currency to AUD, USD, EUR and GBP
- Prices include GST (if applicable).
- Prices may change without notice.
Orders
- Orders are subject to acceptance.
Payment
- You will be offered various secure payment options on checkout.
- Orders are processed after payment is received.
Shipping
- Delivery times are estimates.
- Orders before 2pm are shipped that day.
- Shipments are from our warehouse in Rangiora
- We can deliver to PO Boxed
- Its your responsibility for providing the correct address.
- If your Country is not on the address list contact us before ordering
Returns & Refunds
- Change-of-mind returns with conditions are accepted (see our refund policy).
- Opened consumable products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty.
- All returns are discarded. We do not resell returned product, even if sealed.
Consumer Guarantees
- Nothing in the Terms limits customers’ rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. You cannot contract out of these rights for ordinary consumer sales.
