Maca is a plant that grows in central Peru in the high plateaus of the Andes Mountains. It has been cultivated as a vegetable crop in this area for at least 3000 years, and used in traditional medicine for at least 2000 years. The root contains a substances known as macamides and macaenes, which give the plant its powerful properties.

MACA is most commonly used as an aphrodisiac and general health tonic. Its known to support libido, and energy levels, support hormone balance, support fertility and support mood.

How do i take it?
The usual dose is 2 pills per day alongside food. or as directed by a doctor.

What do the capsules contain?
